Coaching is a partnership between the coach and the Coachee.  The Coachee (you) determine the direction of a coaching session according to your specific needs and wants.  During a session, a coach seeks to uncover and identify the specific areas that may be holding you back from progressing and reaching your targets.  Often, the challenges that hold back an entrepreneur are more to do with their own mindset and beliefs than the apparent business challenges in front of them.  Your coaching sessions will include working on both personal and business growth to achieve success and ideally your personal and business transformation.  This can be a very exciting and life changing process for you. 

As Coaching is an international business, in most cases, we will meet over zoom or on the phone.  Meeting online or on the phone is very effective and allows uninterrupted focus. Depending upon your location, a meeting in person may be possible.  

One-on-one coaching programs are designed to fit the needs of the client.  Meetings often occur two to three times each month to ensure maximum effectiveness with the least interruption in daily activity.  This schedule is fine tuned to your needs and your timelines for achieving your specific targets.

The typical structured meeting lasts 1.5 hours. The coach is also available via e-mail or WhatsApp for any needs that might arise between coaching sessions.  Additional time can be arranged if needed.

You are the expert on your business. The coach is an expert on business development, identifying what may be holding you back, seeing in you what you may not yet see, and holding you accountable to achieving your goals. The job of the coach is not to do your work, but rather to guide you to discover and solve any challenges that may be holding back progress, introduce new ideas or viewpoints, help set attainable goals, and achieve results beyond your expectations.
